Appeal process for banned users

We evaluate each appeal on a first come first serve basis. That said, due to significant demand appeals may take longer than anticipated. In the meantime please submit a request with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Copy of your Government ID
  • A clear photo of yourself holding your ID
  • Mobile Number including country code
  • Full, honest explanation written in English of why you think you were banned and why you should be reinstated

    I can see that my account is banned and I'm trying to reinstate because I want to keep sending and receiving MIN and Cusd. I can't state the reason why it is but I think it's due to I use different devices to log in and attempted password reset
