Terms and Conditions 

Fonbnk is running ongoing competitions for its customers. Lucky winners will take home USDC worth in MIN (our dollar-pegged crypto currency). For the sake of fairness, winners will be selected based on how well they deliver 

Competition Period: May-December, 2022 

Prize: The applicable prizes are subject to change with every new giveaway. Prizes will be announced via our social media pages. 

Terms: The following terms apply to your participation in the Competition:

1. Entering the Competition 

To participate in the Competition, you must be registered with Fonbnk and have completed all the 4 steps in the app (Send MIN, Buy MIN, Convert MIN to Crypto, Top Up)

2. Eligibility criteria 

• Participation in the competition is limited to those with a registered Fonbnk account. 
• You must be 18 years or older. 
• Any accounts created using fake or fraudulent details will be excluded from the Competition. Employees of Fonbnk or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible to enter this Competition.
• Winners must agree to have their swaps credited as a reward 

3. Agreement to these Terms 

Without limiting the applicability of Fonbnk’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy to customers who sign up, you agree to be bound by these additional Terms when participating in the Competition. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria, and you agree to accept any decision made by Fonbnk in terms of these Terms as final and binding.

4. Selecting a winner 

The winners will be entrants who meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above. Winners will be rewarded within 5 working days after they have been announced.

5. Contacting a winner 

Fonbnk will contact the winners by email within 5 (five) business days of the competition closing. Should you be identified as a winner, Fonbnk will verify your identity against your Fonbnk account to award you with your prize.

6. Announcing the winner

The winners may be announced across any of Fonbnk’s social media pages, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram & Twitter. If you are selected as a winner, you agree to Fonbnk publishing your competition username.

7. Personal data 

Fonbnk shall use the personal information supplied by the entrants for the competition and in line with its privacy policy. By participating in the competition, the entrant agrees to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information by Fonbnk. The winners consent to the use of their photograph, name, or details for advertising, marketing, or promotional activities relating to the contest and Fonbnk’s products and services without additional compensation. 

8. Account information 

Fonbnk will not expose or disclose your login or account credentials to a third party. 

9. General 

Fonbnk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website or our social media page.
