APPEAL PROCESS FOR BANNED USERS

We evaluate each appeal on a first come first serve basis. That said, due to significant demand appeals may take longer than anticipated. In the meantime please submit a request with the following information:

• First and last name
• Copy of your Government ID
• A clear photo of yourself holding your ID
• Mobile Number including country code
• Full, honest explanation written in English of why you think you were banned and why you should be reinstated
• Note, any MIN in the account will be automatically forfeited and will require additional approval to be reinstated
