SWAPPING POLICY VIOLATIONS

1. Swapping among third-parties seeking to trade their prepaid airtime credits for Fonbnk MIN tokens from the select market makers is the only permitted use of the swapping feature within the app
2. Swapping with yourself is a violation of policy and will result in permanent banning
3. Swapping with a group for the purpose of gaming the system is a violation of policy and will result in permanent banning
4. Not confirming your swap as a user swapping airtime for Fonbnk MIN tokens can result in you not receiving MIN tokens from the market maker
5. Not approving or timely action swaps (less 5 minutes or less) from a user swapping airtime for Fonbnk MIN tokens will result in suspension and/or confiscation of funds related to the swap transaction
6. Absolutely no sharing of accounts, this is a violation of policy and will result in permanent banning
7. Support only provided if the user shares Fonbnk Transaction ID from activity tab in-app and balance transfer text receipt from mobile carrier
