1. At registration you will receive a phone call with your One-Time-Password (OTP), subsequent login will be text-based OTP to this existing number
2. Only use 1 mobile number per carrier; 3 max permitted
3. IP or Virtual number services are not accepted and are a violation of policy 
4. Swapping among third-parties seeking to trade their prepaid airtime credits for Fonbnk MIN tokens from the select market makers is the only permitted use of the swapping feature within the app
5. If you are banned you will not be able to complete this process, please refer to the appeal process here
