Super Market Makers Performance Requirements

Online:
The AMM app should be online at least 50% of the time. But it doesn’t mean we will instantly kick you if you are offline 40-49% of the time. The Fonbnk team will analyze your offline status, and if you are mostly offline at night - it is OK, but if you are mostly offline during the day - it is not.

Swap confirmation/rejection

• The swap wasn’t paid.
  If you see the new buy swap, you can reject it only after 30 minutes. We added this timeout to ensure the buyer had enough time to transfer the money.
  If you haven’t received the money within 30 minutes, you must reject the swap in the next 90 minutes.

• The swap was underpaid.
  If you received the money, but it is an underpayment - reject the swap after a 30-minute timeout in the next 90 minutes. Afterward, try to reach out to the buyer for a refund. If you can’t reach the buyer within 2 hours, notify us about this issue in your support channel on Telegram.

• The swap was overpaid.
  If you received the money, but it is an overpayment - contact the buyer and decide what to do - reject and refund, or confirm and refund the overpayment amount. If you can’t reach the buyer within 2 hours, confirm the swap and notify us about this issue in your support channel on Telegram.

• The swap was paid.
  If you receive the exact amount of money - you should confirm it within 30 minutes. Please use our automated banks like UBA, First Bank, Access Bank, and GT Bank (the list of banks you can get to know from our support team) to help you with automated approval.

• The swap was paid but hasn’t been auto-confirmed.
  If Fonbnk can’t recognize the sender's name in the SMS, you should try to match the SMS and the buy swap by yourself within 30 minutes (you will see the buyer's info, like full name, etc. on the swap details page) and confirm the swap. If you can’t match the transaction receipt, notify us about this issue in your support channel on Telegram.

Replying in private support channels
The market maker should reply in 1 hour to any message if it is daytime for a market maker.

Liquidity monitoring
The market maker should monitor his swap’s liquidity and prevent it from dropping to 0. The only thing allowed is if the swap was quickly redeemed with large orders. In this case, the market maker must replenish its swap within 1 hour.

NOTE:
If you don’t know what to do in any situation - you should immediately notify us via your personal support channel in Telegram.
It is much better to let us know that you tried to do something and that we will come to you to ask for a refund or confirmation.

If you understand that you can’t process swaps right now due to personal duties, emergencies, or power issues, network issuers - you must pause the swap until you will be able to process new buy swaps.
