We want to motivate those of you who help us grow and solve issues by rewarding you! This is called micro-tasking, where you are delegated small activities to complete to receive a reward. We currently have 2 different micro-tasking activities available! These are the Carrier USSD Workflow and the Mobile Money USSD Code Workflow

Carrier USSD Workflow - Please scroll for Mobile Money

Our first micro-tasking activity that will be available will help us expand into new countries and continue to grow. We will need information about the new country's carrier's USSD codes and information about the workflow. Users in these new regions will be able to record themselves going through this workflow, submit it, and earn a reward. An example of a future task could be to submit use case testimonials.

This user in Egypt is using the USSD code *868*2*number*Amount# to send airtime to a number they know. Please note that different carriers use different codes.

Micro-Task for Creating a New Market Video of a USSD Balance

1. Please share a completed Screen Recorder Video of you transferring a minimum balance with a friend, family member, or colleague's account. 
2. Make sure you run the video from the point of initiating the transactions to success, where you receive confirmation of receipt from the carrier that the balance was transferred. 
3. Additionally we will need you to submit the following information with the video below:

Mobile Money USSD Code Workflow

Similar to the above workflow we will need some screen recordings and screenshots to integrate the Mobile Money service that you are submitting! For example, MTN Mobile Money, Opay, or your banks USSD NIBBS code are Mobile Money services. To submit a Mobile Money video we will need a screen recording of you sending the necessary USSD code to a different phone, please ensure that you record the entire process. Next we will need a screenshot of the receipt that gets sent to the other phone.

These steps are the same as the ones described above, just with Mobile Money services! You can submit any service of your choice as long as we 1) do not already have it and 2) they offer this USSD integration as well as text receipts. You can submit using the above form while putting your Mobile Money service name into the carrier name field.
