After logging into the app, you can see the fifth tab with the user icon. Upon clicking on the icon you will be navigated to the profile page. It looks like this:
On this page, you can find the following details:
1. Username: This is a unique name to identify the user.
2. Telegram: This is the user's telegram name.
3. Phone Number: This is the phone number from which the user has logged into the system.
4. Forgot password: Using this option, the user can update the login password.
5. Current Bank: Using this option, the user can manage his bank details and use those details while creating the bank transfer swap. (It is only available in Nigeria as of now)
6. SMS Topics: Using this option, the user can choose the SMS topics (receiver names) from which they would like to read the SMS from the Fonbnk app.
7. Private Conversations: Using this option, the user can use the chat feature and make private conversations with buyers.
8. Logout: This button will let you log out of the app and you can log in again later.
How to update the profile details?
User can update their profile details, upon clicking on the `username` option. Upon clicking on this option, the user will be navigated to the profile details page where he can see and update the following details:
1. Profile Picture: The user can see the profile picture that he has uploaded or the default one. He can change their profile picture by clicking on the `Change Profile Photo`. Upon clicking on this option, the user can select his/her picture from the gallery and the selected picture will be updated.
2. Username: When the user registers with Fonbnk first time, a default username has been created for the account. But if the user can change their username then he clicks on the edit option in front of the username field and put the new username that he wants and click on `Save`. The new username will be updated to the account, but this is a one-time process and the user can not update his username again.
3. Phone number: The user can see his/her registered phone number.
4. Bio: The user can see and update his/her bio here. If he/she wants to update the bio then clicking on the edit icon in front of the bio, the user can type the bio and click on `Save`. A new bio will be updated on the account.
5. STATS: The user can see his/her statistics here for the month. Here are the following major statistics he/she can see:
- Liquidity
- Online percent
- Liquidity penalty
- Fast confirmation rate
- Total confirmed swaps
- MIN tokens sold
- ETB (Local Currency) received
And many more stats like confirmation made within a certain timeframe or rejection made within a certain timeframe. These stats are dynamic and can be changed based on the user.
How to update your telegram username?
If the user would like to add or update the telegram username then the user can click on the `>` button and the user will be navigated to the page where he/she can enter their telegram username like this:
upon clicking on the `Save` button, it will be saved into the app. If the user does not have a telegram name then he/she can click on the `I don't have a telegram account` button and this will skip saving the telegram username.
How to update the password?
If the user would like to update this login account password then he can click on this option. Upon clicking on this option, the user will be navigated to another page where he needs to enter his phone number on which account he wants to update the password.
After entering his phone number, click on `Continue` button. Upon clicking on this option, user will see a page where he needs to put the OTP which he should get on his device. He can re-generate the OTP by clicking on `Send again` button.
After successfully verification of OTP, the user will be navigated to the page where he can enter his new password and click on `Continue`.
Now the new password has been updated to his account and the user will be navigated to the success page.
How to choose SMS topics?
By going to the profile, there is an option named `SMS Topics`. By clicking on this option, the user will be navigated to the new page where the user can choose the SMS Topics. SMS topics are the names or numbers from which the user gets the SMS. Usually, these names refer to carrier names or bank names but they can be anything. By default, it will display some default SMS topics that are used to fetch the SMS from the user's device but the user can choose the topics that he would like to fetch from the device. It is useful if the user has changed the bank, so after he chooses the SMS topics, only those SMS will be fetched from the device which the user has selected from this page.
After choosing the `SMS Topics` the user can click on the `Save` button to update the SMS topics. And now, the Fonbnk app will only fetch and read the SMS that is selected by the user.
